I had thought I only remembered the subway the way it is now but looking at these I suddenly remembered waiting for and being on the old wooden carriages!!

According to family I was at Partick Cross before the refurb, but I only have very vauge memories of the old Subway :( Shame.

I was really amazed when Elgee and Kenny said that about remembering the old subway. Then I realised that what we have now has been going for almost 30 years !! I "celebrated" my 50th last week and felt old enough but boy do I feel even older now! I loved the old system and somewhere on the Hg site I remember posting my memories of it.
