The City Chambers


Myself and Sharon had an invite to photograph the hidden delights of the City Chambers back in March here are some of the pictures for you all.

We did in fact also see the hidden tunnel that leaves the chambers and makes its way to the Cenotaph. A brick lined structure that we were unable to go down. It leaves The Chambers and pops up under The Cenotaph.

Hopefully we will get the chance to see some of the other pictures taken by some of the others who managed to take some photos.

Why was the tunnel out of bounds ?

We'd have been collared and hauled back in a flash - it was strictly out of bounds. On that trip at least..... next time!!!????

We had a Hidden tour guide.
We did have another tour a few weeks later that folk came on Hoping they post some from that day also. Unfortunately they didn't get access to the tower, roof, tunnel and a couple of other places I can’t remember

oh and Cheers for Alex for helping on this task.
