Don't know the lie of the railways south of the river, but you could certainly get a train out to Partick then walk south.

Or start a little later and get the underground to Govan and walk north?

Crispy Tart is claiming he can do 5AM starts so this should be an easay one!!

What im wondering is what about a later start from the south...take the walk to the north, the along the Clyde cycle way through past all the crazy doocots into Scotstoun. Take a visit into the wonder that is Mayors...Hmmm we need a food / cafe somewhere in this plan??

The walk back down Dumbarton rd?

Plenty of time to work this out!!

heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeyyyyyyy :evil: I've been up since 6 this morning, been out for a jog with the dog, got fresh rolls, made the brekkie and written a report on the differences between sash and case and casement windows!!! 8O

I think I can handle a ten o'clock start! ::):

Howzabout 10 am at Karefully Fried Children, then bus to Govan, walk through Tunnel, do some kind of random walk on the north side - and get our lunch at some random establishment.
