Not Ned graffiti, does anyone know what the silhoutte of the Hover means, I've seen this quite on a few places? Specifically, on a row of portacabins on University Ave.

It's promotion for a club night called "Vacuum". It's been running for around a year now. They've certainly been busy, there are hundreds of them sprayed all over the city.
