That's unfortunate
Had it been saved it would have made an excellent exhibit at the new transport museum alongside the Glenlee.

I didn't know about this.
Just the other Saturday we were sitting about and someone asked what had happened to the Carrick.
I knew it was in a bad way but I never knew it was as bad as this.

It's an effin' disgrace that an historic vessel like this could be allowed to get into that state but then, that's Glasgow Shitty Council for you. A bunch of self serving narrow minded continued page 94

Some Governenment bod was on the radio today saying that the Cutty Sark was part of the UK's maritime heritage and would be restored at all costs.......

........ Mibbees we should call them anf ask them what they plant to do with the Carrick...... :roll:

Right enough bonz. Me and the current Mrs Cyclo were just saying that last night. How does the Carrick differ from the Cutty Sark now they're both hulks?
