CAMBUSLANG STONE FACE

Hi Everybody, nice to be back.
I'm writing a series of autobiographical comic strips based on my childhood in Cambuslang and wondered if anyone can help me out. I remember a story of a boulder in Cambuslang Park that had a girl's face carved on it, and I even have a vague memory of seeing it at some point.
The 'Friends of Cambuslang Park' website has this snippet:
In the park there is a carving of a girl’s face. The story is that the girl fell and was killed. Her father was so bereft that he carved her image in the rock. If you have any information, photographs of the face or stories please get in touch with us and we will add it to the page.
May 2009 - Some information has come to us regarding the carving. The story was told that the girl was playing tennis and that she went to retrieve the ball, fell over and was killed. The carving was apparently quite new in 1930.
Does anyone know where exactly it is in the park, the true story behind it? Pics would be nice.
More generally, any pics of Cambuslang from the 1970s and 80s would be gratefully appreciated, especially of old 60s-designed Precinct.
Thank you.
