Cool! The Shatin is across the road from my (soon to be former) work!

Dicky ... there's a much better sign just down from that, on London Road on the opposite side of the Springfield Vaults. An old fish restaurant. If I could get my hands on a digital camera ....

Mind you, the fish restaurant has no comedy value!

I know this one but the name escapes me for the moment... it is still a pub on the right, lounge on the left... the gents toilets are relics from about the time of those photographs!
