Loooks like Millerfield, what an absolute depressing shithole. My mate lived in the high flat there a few years back.

Where is that place? I'm sure I've been past it recently.

I knew it couldn't have been Erskine... I saw it again last night, it's in Hardgate.

That reminds me of a small door I see in the Kelvin Building at Glasgow Uni. Much smaller than that, only about 1 metre high but it has a doorhandle, a lock, and a sign with a room number just like any normal door. The name on the sign is given as Dr J Malkovich!!

Under the railway bridge on Cumberland st, opposite the old station entrance block. I think one of those plastic "Daily Record" signs has been torn off from when this was last a newsagent revealing this nice old sign.

Took this yesterday. Although not a shop front as sutch, you can still clearly see the entrance and shop floor of what used to be a chip shop across the road from the Isly Inn, on Argyle Street, just before you get into the Yorkhill area. I can't remember the name of it, but did frequent it regularly around 10 years ago. Any info anyone?

I remember buying a chicken supper from that chippy about 23 years ago.....the chips were the 'reheated' variety and ..I do not lie...there was ICE in the middle of the chicken ( they freshly pepaired it for me).........I have never forgotton...in fact I smiled when I saw it had been bulldozed..no loss.
