Dunno Helen, I like picking locks, I could take these off in a few second with my keys, then pick them at my leisure in my man shed. :D

I hope they can unbolt one end of the cable they are attached to and let them slide off the end.

It is sort of sweet...but... a bit too 'following the crowd' to really be proper romantic.

I saw a few clipped onto a lookout platform in Galloway Forest Park a few weeks ago.
