I don't know which building is the one from the Communist era, but I think the second picture, the one without the ads, is much better looking.

theyve just ripped the old ads down, in time, probably, to replace them with these lovely westernised ones

I quite like the advertising, gives it a nice retro look. Interesting looking place though :)

Well, they're pretty nice, but they're nowhere near as bright as the house three doors down from me. 8)
