the site has a lot of very good post WW2 scottish aeriel survey pics, I've been well impressed by the cumbernauld pictures they have there.

It's defiantly worth the £15, although it does rankle to have to pay for access to public collection. I wonder where the cash is going?

I am reliably informed ( well, OK Lone Groover says ) that this wee pillbox was used for minewatching during the war, in Port Glasgow. No doubt seen before in this parish somewhere in the preceding 17 pages.
