well it looks as if theres a possible route of my depression been found

since i came out of hospital ive been feeling very down and lothargic as well as a constant run down feeling, i went to the out of hours gp today and had a few tests run and they are convinced i am diabetic

sorry to bring this topic up again but i was told today that caffine can help with depression, i dont drink any coffee or such so ive no idea what effects it has but im up for increasing my caffine intake if its going to help with my mood
