Tried the Artisan Roast on Gibson Street this afternoon.... Now that was a good coffee.

Can't beat them for convenience really. Aside from the hassle of having to carry a range of lenses, changing them regularly can let a lot of dust and rubbish into your camera and a superzoom like this will help reduce that problem greatly. Perhaps not the most highbrow of subjects, but we're not always that highbrow as a group so what the heck. Well, with the exception of Doorstop anyway.... You considered taking them into Quigg's (or Merchant City Cameras or whatever it's called)? Or at least having a look in their window to see if there's anything similar to give you an idea of price? I've not a clue, eBay seems to suggest you'll probably get £20 to £30 for the body and the prime.... ...
