Im disappointed that Titch is an Americanism,but now that i think of it i can remember James Stewart using it in a old movie... Is there any Scottish words that have crossed the pond and became Americanisms ? I once seen a TV programme that claimed Gospel music came from Scotland the Hebrides i thin...
