This greedy bugger only eats meat & is as cheeky as hell. Will take meat off your plate. He is a born thief, thats why he wears a mask so no one will recognise him. He is also totally untamed. Comes & goes as he pleases. Goes to local national park at weekends to scrounge food off barbeques....

You are probably right Dugald. I just remembered hearing that he was a plasterer somewher & had a very thick accent so I just checked Via google.

I assume that the tenement was built around turn of 20th centuary or at latest within first 2 decades of it. Looking at pics, all I have to go by, it would appear that the red sandstone facing has come adrift from inner skin of wall. This could be caused by the ties rusting through caused by ingress...
