Annexe Communities secures Lottery Funding

Our friends at Annexe Communities have secured £236,140 of Big Lottery Funding to refurbish the Partick Healthy Living Centre which they operate out of, making it more cost effective to run by replacing windows and installing a new energy efficient heating system.

One (so far) lighthearted suggestion is that George Sq should be converted into a vegetable bed under GCC's Stalled Spaces Scheme and the produce used to feed Glasgow's increasing number of hungry folk.
