I flew out of Prestwick a LONG time ago on the most beautiful passenger aircraft ever built. Any guesses? British built, now has a military role. It can be quite fun to watch them do the touch and go's at Prestwick when they're training..... I spent a fair bit of time at Prestwick as a kid. One of my memories is watching the older style 747s (the ones with only 3 windaes in the hump) practising touch and goes, go arounds... an impressive sig...
