Hall staff told me it had been saved by a councilor when he saw it in a skip outside the Maryhill Public Hall!

What would you do?

Sometimes you see things that makes your blood boil. I've witnessed wheel chair users near this site trying to squeeze past inconsiderate parkers but this balloon takes the biscuit. My opinion as a one time engine fitter, ships engineer, offshore mechy tech, is that somebody got their sums badly wrong. One attachment failure could be a material flaw, but two points to a design fault, possibly not factoring in enough of a safety margin, sometimes called a safety factor. If memor...

So I wonder what emission test the one I saw on Dumbarton Road had passed. Two of them were doing a wedding party job and the following one was nearly hidden by the blue smoke from the front one :roll:
