But I've just spent a half hour with a various combination of destinations and dates and on every occasion the page has returned...

Re: Aggressive Begging in Glasgow City Centre. Getting worse

Finally I met some aggressive beggars last Sunday. I made the mistake of crossing the lights at red and got stranded on the island at the bottom of the High Street beside the Tron. "Any spare change? I'm homeless." My response, "Nope." He and his colleagues countered with a torre...

Re: Aggressive Begging in Glasgow City Centre. Getting worse

And I presume you still believe in Santa Claus, look under your bed for monsters and have held onto every other opinion you believed as a child despite been shown evidence that you might have been wrong.

You can stop worrying as Jamesy died in 2008.

Re: Lost record shops of Glasgow

Next Door to McNeills. Great stuff. I think Hollowhorn still has that autograph and probably the school cap and raincoat.

Re: Aggressive Begging in Glasgow City Centre. Getting worse

The link is provided in my post above. The polite one above.

James Barr was never an aggressive beggar and should not have been mentioned in this thread.

Re: Aggressive Begging in Glasgow City Centre. Getting worse

Is there any way we could have a search engine attached to this notice board so that several well respected and long standing members might save themselves some embarrassment by posting something which has been discussed before. We could add a piece of advice along the lines of You must behave and b...

Re: random question

If it's in the club space downstairs there's usually a curfew which gives them time to clear the space for dancing later. I think concerts finish no later than 10:30.
