Garageband

Hi all,

I just discovered that I could plug real instruments (my guitar) into Apple's Garageband on my Mac. I was wondering if anyone knew where on the web i might find a source of free loops, specifically bass and percussion loops?

much appreciated.

nah, you'd never catch me up in that thing!

It was our editor who took the pics for a feature in The Drum. He said he normally doesn't enjoy flying but the wee Cessna wasn't that bad. I always think it looks bigger when viewed from the ground.

Hidden Dolphins

Hiya, As I was crossing the George V bridge this morning on my way to work I noticed something large moving in the water, it only appeared for a split second and at first I thought it was a log or something. I waited and about 30 seconds later a dolphin rose to break the surface and dived again unde...

Hiya, A friend of mine who works in the area told me recently that Cambusnethan house had been bought with a view to conversion into luxury flats. I'm not sure how much truth there is in this and whether, like you say, the building can actually be saved. As for the mausoleum, well the woods are pret...

Great pics DasGutHerrDoktor, I did that part of the route myself last week. Motherwell to Clyde Valley is relatively straightforward following the Clyde Millenium Walkway, although most of it is offroad so a mountain bike or tyres with a bit of grip would be required. From Strathclyde Park follow th...
