And the red Dalmuir West to Auchenshuggle (later No 9) tram service, which made it famous :) Probably replaced by the number 64 bus which went from Mountblow to Auchenshugle, later extended to Carmyle.. if I'm not mistaking? Couldnt tell ...

is auchenshuggle even a real name? it brought a smile to my face anyway! Yes, it's out Tollcross way, the name means "field of rye" :) Used to have a little country park which was just a wooded area with a path running ...
