I have only used Loxelys https://www.loxleycolour.com/ I have been very happy with the quality - and the customer service. Had a couple of smudged giclee prints which they reprinted with apologies and no fuss. Think you need to create an account and download their software, but worth doing I think. ...

What does it say on the info card? I am voting for it having been an attraction at a travelling circus, contracted / developed / died of anthrax and was buried on the island so as to be well away from being a danger. My speculation is based on the fact that there is an elephant buried in soft ground...
