The same thing is happening with the old Sports Centre in Springburn.

Was there not a protest a few years back where a group of folk went around putting loads of lit tea lights on the buildings that had been allowed to get into a state?

I think it was about 6 or 7 years ago??

St Alphonsus- the church at the Barras

Wee woman was telling me earlier that a bomb landed on the buildings at the left hand side of the church during the war subsewuently destroying them.

Anyone confirm this or have any info?

* Hops on the 61 bus to the Forge and hopes for compensation claim* The thing is that friends of mine who work in shops in the St Enoch Centre say that midweek it is completely dead. The Centre management are constantly re negotiating terms and rents. I hate the place. Big White elephant kirsty

As a small child I collected paper napkins from cafes and diners around the world.

I even have one from "Casey Jones" that used to be in Queen Street Station  as well as Disneyland and places like that

I still have them all.

There are also words that don't sound right if you're Glaswegian. There was a guy in my work called Karl and I cringed when I said it. It only sounded right in an English accent like his.

No she never did get her teeth fixed. I think they might still have it in the Peoples Palace Gift shop. I don't know who took it, though Colin Baxter is kind of in the back of my head? Kirsty p.s She isn't listed on Friends reunited, but I imagine she never moved very far from Maryhill
