Glen Coe is amazing. It always amazes me when I'm heading up there on the bus that people are sleeping or doing crosswords rather than looking out the window!

There are a lot of great places in the highlands but Glen Coe just has an 'atmosphere' that is unmatched.

I've got Gil Scott Heron. I also have a dial up connection at home which means your not getting Gil Scott Heron.

I'm back at Uni next week. They have broadband and everything!

I've heard Haliburton need truck drivers in Iraq.

Since you've been driving round Clydebank I'm sure it would be nothing that you aren't used to!

Is it only me that thinks the money would have been better spent on a nude marble sculpture of Heather the Weather, in the style of Praxiteles?

Wow. You can't even blame modern art because it's just really bad retro. It's not even situated well since the only thing the new BBC building has going for it is/was symmatry. Also, my Ordinance Survey maps seem to be out of date. If we are looking for a nickname can I start the bidding with 'The P...

It's what I call the Mitchell Library.

What can I say, I'm off a housing scheme, but I'll try and cut down on the slang in future.

Glaswegian Weather

Does anyone know if there is an internet site concerning Glasgow's weather?

I mean, something like, year on year records (rainfall, higest temperature, snow days etc) of the weather in Glasgow and not tomorrows forecast!

If there isn't would the 'Mitchie' have anything like that?

Does anyone know which store in Glasgow will be reopened? Is it going to be the Byres Road branch or the Union Street branch?

Personally I hope it's the Byres Road branch. With Mono and Avalanche in or around the city centre might I suggest the West End needs a Fopp branch more.

I have about 2,000 or so albums (I've long since stopped counting). If you want something cheap, not to bad looking and easy to assemble then Argos do a tall three shelved bookcase for buttons. It has three shelves but I cut cardboard strips, lay them on top of the row of CD's so you can then store ...

I got 186

I'm casting some doubt on the scoring system since 'Jock McKenzie' only gets 207 and 'Duncan McDonald' gets 185.

Wonder why 'dependable' Charles Kennedy would have voted for an outright smoking ban, he would have been the first to break it: Former Liberal Democrat leader Charles Kennedy has been "spoken to" by police for smoking on a train. Police said a man had been advised of the no smoking policy...
