Inverkip roofless houses

Anyone heard, or better still seen, anything about the houses in Inverkip that lost their roofs in the recent winds?

Coltas House / 64 Waterloo Street

Not being a regular in the city centre I had never noticed this building until today. It looks pretty feature packed from the outside, does anyone know much about it or have any photos to share?

West end festival walks

Does anyone know much about the walks that are taking place as part of the west end festival? I took a look at the festival website but it doesn't give start places or contact names. Do you know if booking is required?

Does anyone know what happened to the wee birdy statue thing in Woodlands that sat on a pedestal covered in distances to places round the world?
It was on West Princes Street.
I see it's feet are still there but the body's gone.

The area down around the SECC has loads of things to see - the science centre, the aramadillo, the rotunda, the (unopened) tower, the IMAX. And you can walk back into town along the river pointing things out as you go.
