Are the tenements on Colebrooke St leaning backwards ?

8O I was passing on the bus so I couldn't get a great look, but I could swear the boarded up tenements on Colebrooke St near Kelvinbridge, were leaning backwards.
Optical illusion ? I hadn't been drinking.

Re: Depression

Plenty of stuff about it on the net if you want to read up. Although maddeningly it's mostly about short term depression, not so much on the lifelong type.

Re: Depression

Sorry to hear what people are going through :(
Personally i'm going to have to take some action in the new year, I can't go on like this. For years there's been no highs, only lows and middling numbness. No one can go on like that.

Cheeky whipper snapper, I bought the first ticket ::): It was officially changed back to Subway in 2003 (according to my site, so it must be true :? ), I suppose they bowed to public sentiment although the cynic in me thinks it was a publicity stunt and 99.9% of the public couldn't give a sod what i...

Re: Would Ye!

Been glued to France 24 recently for the youthfully authoritarian voice of Hanah Moffat. What a twinkle she has. http://i864.photobucket.com/albums/ab204/bing_buzby/H12989668981234461_3.jpg And back in the day on the BBC. http://hub.tv-ark.org.uk/images/bbc_yorkshirelincs/images/news/looknorth_lunc...

Re: Glasgow Subway is 115 yrs Old Today!

I was only half listening to the news earlier but i'm sure I heard some guy say the name was changed to Underground in the 70s. It was changed in 1937 to disassociate the public's memory from the old unreliable cable hauled system. Most still called it the Subway though.

Re: Hurricane Bawbag (formerly Boaby)

I heard (from a cab driver) today that the empty tenement at Anniesland (you know the one) is insecure due to the storm. Any info on that ?
