Ah this is down my neck of the woods. You can nearly see my flat from the last photo there. Just around the corner for the crazy Gateway with the suspended flying angel and giant photoframe. Just cut off on the right hand side of the photograph.
Very nice Sharon, I'm liking it a lot. If you've got it in Illustrator, you can them import into flash and do them as emailable flyers for the website.
I agree with Pgcc93 Loxleys is the way to go, we got some prints there are they looked fantastic.
I've got a little video clip of the light show that was happening in the Gorbals. You can download it (its about 3.5mb)at... http://www.soluis.com/steve/Gorbals_light_show.wmv Not great quality I'm afraid but it will give you the idea of what was actually going on.. stevoooo
Even though I live in the same street it was not until last night that I saw the light show properly, and it really is quite specatular. It counts down from ten and it all kicks off. This was at 8pm so I don't know if it repeats on the hour or what. But it is on till the 10th April so I'll try and s...

I've only seen bits of it Sharon. but Daryll said I could borrow it after you were done with it. So I'm looking forward to seeing the full film. Did you see in the Sunday Herald St Peters made the top 100 sexiest people, places or things in Scotland! Here's the quote... 20. St Peter’s Seminary, Card...
I do remember this place...only just. I've asked people about it too, but I always got a funny look in response. As years have gone by I had come to the conclusion that I must have just dreamt it up. BUT NOW, I'M NOT MAD AFTER ALL! It would be great if someone had photos of it.
Guys, there is a piece on St. Peter's in today's (Saturday) Herald, in the magazine. It talks about the history of the building and possible regeneration of it. There is also a feature on Iggy Pop in the magazine too
I'm currently in the process of trying to get my hands on some 35mm slides showing the interiors of St Peter's, taken when the building had just opened. I'll let you guys know how I get on, and I'll scan and upload them for you to see.
Woooo fame at last, our Virtual Restoration project has made the pages of the Architects' Journal (18/12/03) There is a bit about our St Peter's 3D model some images that we have created and a photo of it in its current state. Did anybody else go to the Grand Central event by NVA back in 1999. It was a installation that took over the top 2 floors of the Central Hotel. Its hard to explain but it was a kind of performance art thing, you walked around the rooms which had been tranformed into vision of hell and decay. It was ...
Great new photos, Sharon. I think an exhibition on St Peters is a fantastic idea. I'd certainly be willing to add to the material. I've got a small collection myself plus the new 3D stuff we've been creating for the Virtual Restoration website. Darrell, I've seen clips of the Murray Grigor, Space an...
