MK, the trick is to turn your oven up as high as it will go, dont be afraid that it will stink out your kitchen because the good thing about duck or goose fat is that it dosnt smoke or smell when it is heated up to nuclear temps. Bad news :(

Looks like they might have got caught out with the patchy dense fog bank this evening. I was driving back from Dumbarton around that time and it was clear just west of the Erskine bridge and the river was like glass.

I'm having real trouble buying for my mum, dad and brother this year. Suspect they have most things they want. I did a hamper last year, which went down well, but I don't want to repeat myself too much! Any ideas? Buy 3 copies of the Xmas Edition of the Big Issue and 3 Lottery Tickets for the Xmas ...

No idea what the plans are RT but there was what appeared to be an intact WW2 air raid shelter type thing housed in the second arch behind the solid fencing but It's been demolished in the past week or so. I could speculate that it was for use in connection with the former Kelvinbridge station unles...

It's inflatable, you just need to make sure you get a good seal around the valve or you'll be blowing all day and it won't go rigid! ::):
