Re: Not really interesting facts about yourself

I think I might work in my pyjamas today.

I think this often but end up never doing it... but it keeps being a nice, but dull, thought *sigh*

Re: Thank goodness for the CW games

Wish I had gone to something; everyone Ive spoken to who went really enjoyed it.

Moonbeam, as someone who was actually there, how did the opening ceremony look?

Re: Clyde Bridges

It is sort of sweet...but... a bit too 'following the crowd' to really be proper romantic.

I saw a few clipped onto a lookout platform in Galloway Forest Park a few weeks ago.

Re: What are you watching?

Oh, have you seen it? I've noticed a few friends mentioning it on FB and saying it was good - would appear the books are addictive. Though thought it was only a pilot episode just now?

Re: Scotland Wins the Commonwealth Games

I like your statistical spin Robert; I will go with that! :)

I kind of wish I had gone to see something now that its all over - everyone who went to an event seems to have had such fun. Still, Glasgow did look lovely on the telly!

For those with an interest in design, one time HG member Brian Loudon talks through the creative design process for the baton.

Re: Urban Park for underneath M74 Flyover

I once had to rescue a skateboarder from a concrete bowl in Kelvingrove substantially less deep than the one in that final illustration. Particularly icy day, bloke trying to show off, lost traction at the bottom and couldn't even crawl his way back up the ice. Quite amusing for me, less so for him...
