well, it is a water tower... aint no disputing that! but its not the one I meant... that one is in Crookston wood, near to Mosspark train station.

Hmmmmmmmm... ur mystery foto??? Cant think! Part of Crookston Castle?

whats this about an alternative map???? Iv got that book of Glasgow... the one thats all sattelite views, I thought of marking them all on that but Im not sure where some of the places are... where the feck is Barloch?

I noticed that as well Jay about the seperate vent structures... but there are "hunners"! Something else Iv just realised I didnt mention is that before the roof structured was covered in that blue corrugated iron it was possible to see these vents running along the length of the north and south fac...

It did seem a bit strange that it was at the foot of the hill... did a bit of reading on that too tho! Apparently, the developer that first laid out Achray Terrace was a local and wanted to keep the old name of "Faerie Knowes" but his backer thought it was too common for his new up-market des-res'! ...
