Bram Stoker Medal at the G.S.A.

Reading Geoff Holder's "The Mystrious Guide To Glasgow", he mentions on page 86 and 88, that Bram Stoker donated a medal to the School in 1903. A rubbing of the medal is given as a prize to the best piece of imaginative work produced every year. Can anyone add to Geoff's story? More import...
