Don't think this has been posted before but I only came across it today. A site called History Pin. It is encouraging people to upload old pictures to their google maps based interface so that it builds a past-present map. I think. Not had much of a deep look yet though.

I grew up during the Garden Festival and City of Culture era and think the legacy was pretty big for myself but for the city at large beyond the mentioned bridge, what about The Arches which came out of Glasgow's Glasgow. Also when was the CCA opened? As far as the velodrome goes, I will be using it...

a high detail OS map will give you fairly decent exterior drawings. For the inside you'll probably need to draw it yourself.

Perhaps the recently redeveloped partick interchange might have more easily found drawings available.
