I was there the first night. Martin Millar's novel 'Suzy, Led Zeppelin and Me' is set in the days and weeks leading up to the gigs. Recommended.

Derek Forbes went on to Simple Minds. I saw all their London gigs including one supporting Wreckless Eric. I think they only played about half a dozen zLondon gigs. Schoolfield Lane was in the area that became Morrison's supermarket car park/ taxi rank. Kenmure Chuch Hall was there and was home to the 182nd Boys Brigade. London Transport Museum are contemplating Aldwych Station on a regular basis. They recently had an exhibition on the blitz.
