It's astonishing how the addition of the two corrugated steel facades (above the main entrance) at different times, totally ruined the look of the whole building.

The place looks amazing in that first photo - thanks for posting that one..

Aha! So that's where it is! Thank you :) I did try to get into the crypt, the sealed area beneath the seating area of what was once the Chapel, but that bloody steel plate was too well attached. Glad you had a look at the film, Tom, and also that you went to Cardross and experienced it for yourself. There seems to be something about that place which entrances people once they've been there.. And great pics on Flickr. too - you got some really good angles and perspectives, which I hadn't see...
