Re: HDR

Did you use five or three exposures on those?

Great view, how did you get there? I am starving for some nature walks, but I don't know how to get out of the damn city without ending up in some shitty suburb without having to travel for hours.

Re: Hidden gems

I am a sucker for victorian-age memorabilia, and in that respect I saw this great lil' gem right on Buchanan St. today and had to take a pic of it:

Re: Hidden gems

Hehe.

Yeah, I guess it depends on your definition. Dictionary says "narrow passageway between two buildings". The passageway may be fancy, but I would say it is narrow. And there are usually garbage bins stacked up behind the "gates".

Re: The River Kelvin

Since searching the forums before posting is paramount around here, I will not start a new thread regarding my lovely walk in Kelvingrove Park today (with a wee visit in Kelvingrove Art Gallery), but rather post my pics from that here. If someone has a suggestion on a better location here on HiddenG...

Re: HDR

Doing the shutter speed manually is a bit advanced for me (I don't know if compact digital cameras can even do that...), I wouldn't know which shutter speeds I should be using: Like "instant", "two seconds" and "one minute"? I simply don't know. According to the HDR tut...

Re: Cheap pocketsized tripods

I want that! Damn, that is the best f****** thing I saw this year (well, Natalie Portman's bum in Hotel Chevalier might have been better) :D

One question: There are tons and tons of different size screws. What are the name/dimensions of the one shown in the vid?

Thanks =)

Re: Scotlands Skylines

Hullo! Today I thought to myself: "Certainly there's not going to be a thread in here about skylines!" But I was proved wrong again by the great content around here =) I don't really know if the following two shots fit the skyline topic perfectly, but it's the closest I got ^^;; Blue http:...

Re: Hidden gems

Hullo! May not be very hidden, but I find it to be placed in a location (an alley) not deserving of its quality: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v290/oneiros666/DSC00162.jpg Also, niftly random little compostition like this is a commodity here in Glasgow like no other place I've been: http://img.p...
