I this beginning to sound like a tax to anyone? Quite simply, everything a government does/brings in is a tax, as it's the taxpayers who pay for all these cost-consuming ideas. ID cards seems to lead the way in consuming vast amounts of taxpayers money whilst showing little or nothing in return.
