Glasgow: Jobless Capital..is it really?

Happened to notice Glasgow has been deemed to be jobless capital of the uk. I don't know the truth in this but anytime I am in Glasgow I can't help but notice the place gets poorer along with the people. Just seems the majority of employment is in low paid retail sector work. This surely can't motiv...

Last time I was in Glasgow, I noticed that 'The Kelvin House' had shut down. However, its marble sign frontage is still there....that should be put in a museum of some sort. I remember it from day 'dot'

C'mon, was at the glasgow comedy festival recently(haven't really seen on the forum about it??), and went to see Dance Monkey Boy Dance. Hi Pete, have to say wonderful photos(also your photography on mountains etc). I love the Old kilpatrick Hills, been going up there for many years now...one of my favorite places like.

I used to stay in Radnor Street aabout 18 years ago, and the tramp you're talking about used to wander about that area.
