Is that the area just down from the Tchai-Ovna tearoom? I'd hope they leave it alone... Any links to images of what they want to build there?

Render times for those are only about 4 minutes, as they're for previewing only and have the simplest lighting and no textures. Once I get realistic lighting and colour in, well, who knows. I just hope 521MB of RAM will be enough.

edit; link removed to protect bandwidth

From what little information my workmate can gather it's still in Cumbernauld. Somewhere. Well I live in Cumbernauld, and avoid the Town Centre like the plague. Most of the building around the part the clock was in has been demolished, but I haven't been round there recently. As far as I know, it's...

Look forward to seeing them rosco... did you find out why the top floor is painted a lighter hue of blue than the rest of the building? Nobody knows, yet. I would assume it's to do with the Weaver to Wearer neon sign though. Anyways, here are the updates: (from the balcony beside the stage, towards...

..for as long as I can remember the buildings been that light blue colour any idea what the original colour was? Or was it just you run o the mill sandstone... -Fossil- According to Judith, for the duration of the building being the music hall, it was just plain sandstone. Later, the whole bottom f...

There must be a limit to the retail extravaganza that is Glasgow. Personally, I'd rather see the south bank of the Clyde get a bit of that action to help pull the city centre more around the river a wee bit. I guess out-of-town sites are cheaper, but we need our green space do we not. Brown space is...

Havnt been up that way ina wee while but I think its part of the Glasgow Fort development at the M8 at Garthamlock/Easterhouse. You could be right http://www.glasgowarchitecture.co.uk/jpgs/glasfort_bdg_cc03.jpg if this artist's impression is anything to go by, all I could find. Seems quite impressi...

Big erection near Glasgow...

8O Now that I have your attention.... There's a big shiny tower/mast thing to the east of Glasgow visible from the M80 (visible to the left of the water towers) that I'm pretty sure wasn't there until very recently. It looks too big to be a mobile phone mast but not big enough to be a buildin...

http://www.holmespartnership.com/projects/feasibility/1633-StVincentSt/web-photos-large/1633-11a.jpg Although I don't really see the value of the curved glass roof, I have to admit it's one of my favourite proposals and doesn't look much like Queen St station. Has a very classy (and original) look ...

I'll see Judith most of next week, so if anything needs dug up I'm sure we'll manage. Cheers though

The exterior is indeed looking lovely! Can I be cheeky though and ask if there's any chance of you also doing a render of the exterior as it might have looked when the place was open as a theatre or cinema? There are a couple of photographic sources for that; it would be lovely to be able to see a ...

The facade is finished! Only neon signs to the shopfront and the external walls to the side and that's it for the exterior.
