:). However, you ask on a very appropriate day, what with the new series starting tonight.

The only benefit there is that us FREEVIEW users now have E4 from today. (to persuade us to watch through the night no doubt)

Well actually, E4 and E4+1 if I have set my box correctly.

I wish I could actually remember what I asked them. Don't remember getting a reply either. It seems you've found another of my posts from a year ago! You must be trawling the archives today..... As for NYC, did have a TV in the room, but didn't watch much. Just as you would expect, cheesy news shows...

From what I can see, the (1996) only refers to the copyright on the poetry they have used on the intro screen. Have a further look, and you will see that this is an ongoing development with listings of monthly events. I believe some of the kids from there are coming over here at some point. A sort o...

I had my cameraman hat on, and was over filming with a group of kids from Castlemilk high and Hollyrood High, plus a community cop and cadet. The main point of the trip was for the kids to help out with the creation of a community garden in the South Bronx. Interesting place, especially at night! Th...

Just been busy Mod Foss, you know how it is. Kinda got sick of sitting in front of a screen....

Did some work in New York in March though, that was pretty cool!

Not John Lewis, if that's what you mean. I meant Lewis's which was just ONE huge department store in what is now the Debenhams building. It did indeed have a record department in the basement. The whole ground floor of the building (TopMan, HMV, Virgin, The Gap Etc) was a huge food hall. Ahh, the go...

P.S. I worked in HMV in Union Street, from '86 - '95.

You'll be talking about the series starring Kirsty Miller? Have met Kirsty a couple of times. Friend of a friend... Married to a writer called Jon Love. If in doubt, always have a look on IMDB.com.

Find out here: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0398510/

I agree with you guys. How rude not to mention your site. He will of course have come across your site before, so he is clearly and deliberately becoming a rival. As I sit here browsing his flashy, but very incomplete site, savouring the sixth Mr. Kipling Viennese Whirl of the 6-pack, I wonder what ...

Who lived in my house?

My flat was built around 1890. I would quite like to trace back all the owners since it was built. Just out of interest as I have not found any skeletons in the plasterwork or anything!

Can anyone suggest how and where I would go about this? Preferrably without it costing money...
