What does the 'TW' with red cross out line sign mean at the end of the platforms/entrance to the tunnels? It's only up sometimes and I've always wondered what it stood for? Thanks...

Not sure, but they said it fell onto open ground, and I think from memory there's a break in the terrace at one point, so maybe there. It was a gable end I think.
