A few weeks ago I thought I saw a train pass behind the Mercat Building at the Cross, but thought I must have been tripping, but then tonight at about 21:45 I saw a three carriage train pass over Eglinton St heading west... whats go...

Okay, national insurance - what is that? Is that health insurance? It pays for things like statutory sick pay, unemployment benefit, and goes towards your state pension.
