Certainly lacks a keen customer focus from the the staff - they could have been more helpful and said you'll need a ticket and make sure you get a receipt to reclaim against your zone card. The queues at Central are bad as well as My Kitten says, I asked once after waiting 10 minutes to buy a ticket...
