Hi, was that not the old DRG. Lairds Building in Carstairs St.?. Correct me if I am wrong I remember they made the bread wrappers many years ago, among other things.

Aye been that was the pumping station supplying water to the blast furnaces and the cyde iron works in general. Don't know if it supplied the clydebridge steel works too

Hi Flower Girl, the No.9 tramcar terminus was at Auchenshuggle stopped t the aec works on london rd., which until recently was dreams furniture shop. Many a good times down there.
