Mineral Lines around the Alloa Area

Hello everyone, Having a great interest in Scottish Railways, I've been studying a 1923 OS map, very pleasing to see so many lines, all actively working away, long before their demise and closure. Alloa - Railway Swing Bridge - Request

Hi Folks,

I'm seeking illustrations or photographs of the 'Railway Swing Bridge' across the River Forth at Alloa when it was operational. Does anyone have any they would be kind enough to either post or send to me directly off-forum?

Anything gratefully appreciated.

Kind regards from

Re: Rotundas and Tunnel

Does the tunnel still carry pipes and is it accessible in any way?

Does anyone know anything about the second Rotunda the other side of the river?
