Re: What song are you listening to?

Justin Currie - lower reaches I don't think JC will win himself any new fans with this. Which is a pity. He really is good. And some odities: Black Label Society - Zak Wilde murdering a whiter shade of pale. I love it Joe Bonamassa / Beth Hart - Seesaw. Whole album is good with two classics; nut bus...

Re: What song are you listening to?

itunes, in their infinite generosity, give away a free song every week. Some of these have been less than good, others excellent. Among which are:

The Staves - wisely & slow
Kristina Train - Dream of me

Also listening to Etta James - Blues to the Bone.

Re: HG Movie Critique.

The Swedish version is magnificent .. I haven't yet seen this iteration so I can't make a comparison. Both very good but in different ways. The Swedish version is less glossy. Re: HG Movie Critique.

Saw "The Hunger Games" last week. a cross between the running man and the truman show .. much better than both of these. I haven't read the book so don't know how it compares. The plot has a few holes and you know how it is going to end. (I would have ended it differently) Well worth seeing.
