Re: WANTED!! Ideas for new projects....

What about a thread including screenshots of Taggart locations, then and now? Loads of places u see in older Mark McManus episodes have changed, either demolished or redeveloped. Decent idea? Stevie Great idea Stevie I was just thinking along similar lines after watching a few episodes of Taggart.

I remember the name but can't remember the place at all......you said near the Hurlet, Carol-Anne, was it on the right hand side going from Nitshill to the Hurlet..ie on the same side of Nitshill Road as Levern School? Due to the changes that took place at the original location it was decided that the statue should be placed in a space that would provide it...

Re: Let Glasgow Flourish- Coat Of Arms

Right this has to stop now!

The library where the fireplace is located has always been in use whenever I have had my camera and then when it is vacant I always forget to bring my camera. Well done Mr Sam and that on of the book is a great photo.

Found a couple of photos of the last remaining tenement in Craigbank. This block originally had no roof. It is located on Househillwood Road almost directly behind St Robert's Church which is on Peat Road next to Arnold Clark which was previously known as Peat Road Motors. http://i298.photobucket.co...

They were flat roofs and there is a full block running from Househillmuir Road to Glenmuir Drive onto Linnhead Drive and back along Ravenscraig Drive back to Househillmuir. They were sold to Barrett about 25 years ago. They were modernised and sold as private flats - Studio, 1 and 2 bedroom flats. A...
