Re: What IS the tallest building?

Mori, I am intrigued. I had no idea that a towerblock could be a listed building. I don't know why, perhaps because there are so many. Thanks!

Re: Ghosts & Hauntings in Glasgow

The Royal Infirmary is supposed to have a few too. One is a guy in a ward who pulls the sheets off the bed during the night, and the other is a nurse in old uniform who walks along one of the corridors.

Well after Big Mags, the NHS is about the only thing left that they can butcher. Lets hope it can be stopped.

Re: Glasgow's abandoned petrol stations

Interesting topic!

It might be a bit far out, but I think the one in Shilford just outside Barrhead is disused.

Re: random question

Bridie, if you have your original paper work for your loan and insurance then you can still claim after the 6 years. Re: IDS calls "War!" on the Great Unwashed.

A lot of this is over my head, but I understand the basics. I can't see that there is much we can do? The 'Occupy' protests have my full support, but if it's stamped on here, in the same way that it was in New York, what else can we do to change things? It's quite scary really.
