OLD CHURCH ON POLOKSHAWS ROAD..NOW FLATS NEAR ALLISON STREET

Hi there, does anyone know anything about the age and history of this old church that was turned into private flats a few years ago? The carvings on the stonework around the main door include demons,green men,celtic knotwork,dragons and a whole host of other fabulous creatures and un christian symbo...

Disused graveyards/ locations with alledged occult connectio

Hi there, Been exploring weird and lost parts of Glasgow with my camera and am looking for new places to go in and around the Glasgow area. I am particulalry interested in old graveyards & burial grounds...have been to Abercromby Street,Kirk Lane,Gorbals Burial Ground,Southern and main Necros......

there used to be "The Other Record Shop" in Renfield Street..near Drury Lane...... I remember RAT and it's owner,Jim very well...spent many of my teenage saturdays listening to thrash metal bootleg tapes there...bought my first Misfits tape there too....happy days....... CASA CASSETTES use...

Hello, does any one know where the marker stone for Rudolf Hess's crash landing site is? hi dave, thank you very much for your help.......i was so close infact.. just feet away from the castle at Court Knowe....I'll go back soon..that's disappointing about the old graveyard at Cathcart..may have to shimmy over that wall then..hope PC Plod ain't about......don't see what the harm is goin...

Hi there, I am looking for any info out there on hauntings,weirdness and strange and spooky sites,stories in and around the Glasgow area......I'm keen to visit some of these places,camera in tow and see what's out there. thanks for the info.........I think it must be Linn House I saw...it is flats now.....and an equestrian centre....no sign of any horses tho.......it is up near the golf course end of the park......


off to Holmwood House and Cathcart Cemetry this afternoon.
