Evacuation is to be completed by 9am with return allowed after 10:30am. P.S. Is that definite? Forge Place was evacuated the night before - did you mean 9am or pm? Info came from Sauvagii --he lives on the border of the exclusion zone and was issued with the SafeDem leaflet discussion here: http://...

Re: How much are our photos worth?

It depends on the image and who wants to use it and what they want it for. The fee for a small circulation local newspaper will be a lot less than from The Sun. A book from a major publisher would command a much higher fee than a pamphlet for a charity. The absolute minimum would be around £20-£30 f...

Re: Where Am I....

Gardner Street perhaps.

Craiglaw Place would either have been the street name prior to the area being annexed by the city or named after the shipyard / factory owner who housed employees there (or both)

http://images.newsquest.co.uk/image.php?id=955522&type=full That pic of lightning on Buchanan Street in the Evening Times looks doctored to me. The sky has been replaced by a shot of one with lightning - to get a shot of lightning, which you can't predict, you'd need to keep the shutter open fo...
